It's social networking for blogs, and it's awesome.
You get your own Scout (mine's called Joe Bloe), and he wanders around the web looking for other scouts to meet and greet. He reports what he finds and you get a list of blogs you might be interested in. So cool!
Get in there, have a try. If nothing else, you'll have a cute little guy walking around on your blog that you can sit and watch for hours..
